Certificates, verification pages, QR codes, references, and downloadable files are provided for authenticity checks and credential management. You must not alter, forge, resell, scrape, or misrepresent certificates, verification links, or platform records.
If you submit certificate applications or supporting documents, you confirm that the information is accurate, lawful, and submitted with proper authorization. Issuing organizations may review, approve, reject, revoke, or update records according to their policies.
Paid services, where available, are processed through third-party payment providers. Prices, taxes, credits, balances, refunds, and service access may vary by plan, region, or product. You are responsible for reviewing payment details before completing a purchase.
We work to keep the platform reliable, but services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security reasons, provider outages, or events outside our control. We may update features, pricing, policies, and these terms from time to time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEC Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, certificate decisions by issuing organizations, third-party systems, or unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure credentials.
