These terms govern use of VEC Digital by organizations, institutions, training providers, businesses, administrators, certificate issuers, and authorized organization users.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of all certificate templates, recipient data, signatories, signatures, documents, applications, issuance records, and revocation decisions. VEC Digital provides the platform for issuance and verification but does not independently validate every credential unless explicitly agreed in writing.
You must have a lawful basis to upload and process personal data through VEC Digital. You are responsible for notices, consents, employment or student record obligations, retention rules, and any sector-specific compliance requirements that apply to your organization.
Plan limits, certificate balances, subscription features, billing cycles, taxes, discounts, and payment terms are shown during purchase or in your billing area. Failure to pay may result in failed payment notices, grace periods, restricted access, plan changes, suspension, or cancellation according to the applicable billing rules.
API tokens, webhook secrets, and integration credentials must be protected. You are responsible for systems connected to VEC Digital, including webhook endpoints, email configuration, automation tools, and any data sent to or received from external systems.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, suspected fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, repeated abuse, or material breach of these terms. We may preserve records needed for audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and certificate integrity.
